I’m Michelle, a cake designer with over 10 years of experience.
My journey began in Hong Kong in 2015, where I opened my own cake business. Over the years, my creations have been featured in local media, and I have gained experience in teaching baking classes, OEM production, and corporate collaborations.
Now based in Kamloops, BC, I create cakes that are less sweet, delicious and beautifully designed — made to be enjoyed, photographed, and remembered.
